Cottage Cheese Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 large pkg. Special K
    1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    2 large onions, sauteed
    1 c. pecan meal or English walnuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Vegex
    2 Tbsp. sour cream (fat free or lite)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk, if needed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
