Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 to 3) ripe bananas
3 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
Mix all ingredients into large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping side and bottom of bowl constantly.
