Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler chickens, cut in serving pieces and skinned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix together Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves.
    Place chicken in single layer in large shallow baking pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
    Serve hot with plain rice and sweet and sour sauce.
