Welch Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. mustard
pinch of salt
1 c. warm milk
1 c. cheese
1 egg

Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour, mustard and salt.
Mix together. When smooth, add warm milk.
When smooth, add cheese.
Lastly, add well beaten egg slowly.
Serve at once on toast or crackers.
