Grandma Bonis' Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger (raw)
    6 raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium diced onion
Preparation
    Mix in bowl; add salt and pepper.
    Cut dough mixture into 6 parts.
    Roll into circles.
    Place 1 1/2 cups burger mixture on half of circle; fold over to form turnover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serve with ketchup or brown gravy.
