Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Cream sugar
and
oil
together.
Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients alternately
with\twater.\tPour
into
two
well-greased
and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until it tests done.
