Oriental Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. rice vinegar
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. dark sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    Shake until well-blended.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Serve with salad or stir-fried vegetables.
    Yields about 2 1/4 cups.
