Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation
-
Frozen mixed vegetables, boiled and drained.
Place in casserole dish and add one stick of butter.
Mix together all other ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Top with one crushed sleeve of Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
