Roasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. pecan pieces
12 oz. sq. chocolate flavored candy coating
Preparation

Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of double boiler.
Cook over low heat until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes; add pecans.
Stir to coat.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
Cool.
Yields 4 dozen.
