Beef Or Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Season -All
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    meat
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients; brush on meat.
    Layer and brush on each layer.
    Layer meat in an airtight container; marinate for at least 8 hours.
    Dry in a dehydrator or in the oven at 110\u00b0 for 8 hours.
