Mount Diablo Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 ripe avocados
    1 pkg. taco mix seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
    1 large bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mash avocados and place on large platter.
    Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and spread on avocados.
    Layer with green peppers, tomatoes, scallions and olives.
    Cover with cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
