Billy'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    56 oz. cream cheese (seven 8 oz. pkg.)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, then eggs, one at a time.
    Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and place the whole pan into a larger pan so that the cooking cake is surrounded by hot water.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Yields 24 pieces of cheesecake.
