Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 sliced large onion
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Peel carrots, then slice.
    Cook until tender.
    Cool.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients well; pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
