Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crabmeat
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. milk
1 c. buttered bread cubes
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add flour, salt, paprika and mustard. Stir until smooth; add milk and cook until it thickens and boils. Stir in lemon juice, Tabasco and crabmeat.
Fill 1-quart casserole; cover with bread cubes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
Makes 4 servings.
