Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) box spaghetti
4 Tbsp. oleo
2/3 c. grated Parmesan
4 eggs, beaten
2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped onion
16 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain.
In large bowl, combine noodles, oleo, Parmesan and eggs.
Form mixture into 3 \"crusts\" in buttered 10-inch pie plates.
Spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti crusts.
In skillet, cook meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat through.
Put meat mixture over spaghetti and cottage cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle on Mozzarella.
Bake until melted.
