Old-Time Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season the chops with salt, pepper and a little sage.
    Dip first in the yolk of an egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of milk, then fine cracker crumbs or cornflakes, and fry in an iron skillet for 20 minutes.
