South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef. Cook rice. Mix these together. Combine corn, taco seasoning and tomato soup. Stir in hamburger and rice. Cook on low. Melt Velveeta and Ro-Tel in microwave. Add to meat mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 to bubbly.
