Catfish Stew With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. catfish (boneless)
    3 qt. water
    1/4 c. diced bacon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. baby lima beans
    2 c. corn
Preparation
    Put catfish in 3 quarts of water. Cook until fish is tender. Add remaining ingredients except corn. Simmer for 1 hour. Add corn and cook for 10 more minutes.
