Pineapple Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Drain 1 cup syrup from pineapple and discard.
    In large mixing bowl, stir in flour, sugar and soda to blend.
    Make well in center.
