German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. Winesap apples, chopped
    1 egg
    1 c. Wesson oil or Crisco
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; chop pecans and apples.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Beat and add egg.
    Add oil.
    Mix well.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
