Bird'S Nest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend first 5 ingredients well.
    Beat with electric mixer on medium speed 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and nuts.
    Pour in greased and floured 2 (9-inch) pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool in pans 15 minutes.
    Remove and cool on rack.
    Fill and top with Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting.
