Sour Milk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1/4 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Work in shortening with fork.
    Add buttermilk quickly to make soft dough.
    Roll out and cut into 1/2 inch biscuits.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 450\u00b0 until brown, approximately 10 minutes.
