Delicious Hungarian Goulash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2 lb. ground chili meat
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    8 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 chopped green peppers
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced, undrained tomatoes
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Saute vegetables.
    Add meat and all other ingredients, except potatoes. Simmer until meat is tender. Add potatoes.
    Cook 45 minutes longer.
    Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
