Orange Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. pork sirloin roast (bone in)
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
salt and pepper
1 small acorn squash, halved
1 large apple, cored and cut in eighths
