Chicken Sauce Piquante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    4 onions
    2 bell peppers
    2 ribs celery
    1 small hot pepper
Preparation
    Saute seasoning in a little oleo.
    Make roux with 3 tablespoons cooking oil and 2 tablespoons flour.
    After roux is brown, add small amount of water.
    Add slightly browned hen and 1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes to ingredients and cook until meat is tender.
