Artichoke-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. pkg. chicken flavored rice
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    8 sliced stuffed olives
    12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice (omit butter).
    Cool, add onions, peppers and olives.
    Combine marinade, curry and mayonnaise; mix well.
    Add rice and artichoke.
    Garnish with lettuce.
    Serves 10 to 12.
