Southern-Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Baste ribs with sauce and smoke 1/2 hour on each side.
    Baste again.
    Wrap in foil.
    Smoke for 2 hours.
    Turn and baste; cover with foil.
    Smoke 1 hour.
    Unwrap, baste and smoke 1/2 hour on each side or until done.
