Venison Marinade(For Venison Roasts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry red wine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 bay leaves, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place venison roast in a nonmetal bowl or pan and cover with marinade.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    When roasting, use water in pan to enhance the flavor.
