Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium boned, skinless chicken breast halves
    nonstick spray coating
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dry Marsala or dry sherry
Preparation
    Place 1 piece of chicken, boned side up, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap.
    Pound with a meat mallet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    Repeat with remaining breasts.
    Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray coating.
    Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add 2 chicken breasts.
    Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until no pink remains.
    Transfer to a platter.
    Repeat with remaining breasts.
