Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, then spread in greased pan (8 x 8-inch). Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Take from oven and cut into squares. These are good hot or cold. May be frozen.
