Mexican Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 slices bacon
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. each chopped onion and peppers
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a loaf pan, spread and layer ingredients in the following order: rice, corn, onion and peppers, ground beef, tomato soup and bacon strips.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until ground beef is cooked through.
    Feeds 4.
