Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh ham of desired size
    sufficient water to cover
    1 c. vinegar
    your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Put ham in roasting pan with enough water to cover 1/4 of ham. Add vinegar.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven about 8 to 10 hours, adding more water if needed.
    Cool; pull meat into pieces, discarding all fat. Discard all fat from liquid.
    Using some liquid, mix with your favorite barbecue sauce, covering all meat.
    May be frozen in small portions for future use.
