Peanut Butter Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
butter, margarine or cooking spray
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation

In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine the sugar and corn syrup.
Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
Remember to be careful around hot steam when the lid or plastic wrap is removed.
Microwave on 100% power for 4 minutes.
Stir and scrape sides every minute, re-covering the dish each time.
While mixture is cooking, lightly grease or spray 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
Set aside.
