Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
