South Of The Border Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. picante sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 c. instant rice
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper; drain.
Add tomato sauce, picante sauce and bouillon.
While that simmers, start rice. Bring meat mixture to boil.
When rice is done, serve meat mixture over rice.
Serve with tortilla chips and refried beans.
