Super-Spud Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    3 to 4 slices bacon, partially cooked
    2 cans cream of potato soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in one large casserole dish or two small ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
