Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
    1/4 c. pineapple preserves
    1/4 c. Kraft salad dressing
    1/2 c. Russian dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 chuck roast
Preparation
    Place chuck roast in pan and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Pour off juices.
    Pour sauce over meat. Bake 1/2 hour more.
    Serve with cooked rice.
    The sauce is very good spooned over rice.
