Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
3 T. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine margarine, water and cocoa and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and cool. Then place in a mixing bowl and beat in the flour, sugar and salt with a large spoon. In another bowl, beat together the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon. Combine the two mixtures and beat using a large spoon. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
