Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Skippy peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
In a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and corn syrup until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in milk.
Stir in flour just until moist.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes until done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
