Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (or to taste)
    2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Pour in pie shell.
    Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes, until custard begins to brown on top, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Cook until custard is set (about 30 minutes).
