Decorating Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted at least 2 times
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Beat together thoroughly 5 to 7 minutes.
