Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. golden raisins
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil and sugar; beat well.
    Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly but well.
    Sifted flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and spices should be sifted together.
    Add to zucchini mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake for about 1 hour. Yield:
    2 loaves.
    Preparation time:
    30 minutes.
