Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes firm tofu
    5 lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. carrots, cut julienne
    2 Tbsp. chopped leeks *
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Fry tofu, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Tear lettuce leaves into pieces, then wash and dry.
    Place lettuce leaves, tofu, carrots and leeks in a small bowl; chill.
    Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Pour over salad. Toss then top with fried bacon.
