Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix (as directed)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put on top of cake layer, then 1 small package chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans.
    Top with remaining batter; add nuts on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
