Sweet Potato Casserole(Yield: 8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/3 stick melted oleo or butter
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, 1/2 stick oleo, milk, salt and vanilla.
Use mixer to mix until smooth.
Pour into an 8 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 stick melted oleo or butter.
Mix well.
Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
