Spanakopita(Greek Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage, Ricotta or Feta cheese
    1 box phyllo
    3/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix spinach, onion, eggs, crumbs, parsley, oil and cheeses in large bowl.
    Melt butter.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan; dust with some bread crumbs.
    Unroll phyllo and lay out 1 sheet into pan. Brush with melted butter.
    Keep remaining phyllo covered with damp cloth.
    Continue with 5 more sheets, brushing each with butter. Place mixture into pan; smooth top.
    Arrange 6 more buttered sheets, one at a time.
    Using razor blade, cut squares through top layers only.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Finish cutting squares through to bottom layers.
