Refrigerator-Rise Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    1 c. warm diluted evaporated milk
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour, sifted
    softened butter
    melted butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into warm water in large bowl.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, 1/2 cup butter and eggs and beat well.
    Add half of the flour.
    Beat with wooden spoon about 1 minute or until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Turn out on floured board; round up into ball.
    Knead 5 to 10 minutes or until dough is light, elastic, smooth and no longer sticky.
    Cover; let rise 20 minutes.
    Punch down; divide into 3 equal parts.
