Chicken Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in broth until tender.
    Slowly pour beaten egg into boiling broth, stirring so egg separates into shreds.
    Yields 4 cups (4 servings).
