Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced apples
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Spread sliced apples in 8
x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, milk and shortening into smooth batter and spread evenly over apples.
