Chili Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (hot or mild)
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Preparation

In large skillet, brown pork (cut into bite-size pieces) in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add all other ingredients and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add water, enough to cover all meat.
Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring once in awhile.
Add more salt, if needed.
